Dörken Systems Inc. receives awards for Best Use of Data Driven Marketing and Best Integrated Marketing Campaign.

WASHINGTON, D.C., January 16, 2020 – Hanley Wood, the housing industry’s data leader and top residential real estate development and new home construction advisors, is pleased to announce that Dörken Systems Inc. has received two 2019 Brand Builder Awards;

• GOLD winner for Best Use of Data Driven Marketing
• BRONZE winner for Best Integrated Marketing Campaign

“At Dörken Systems, our goal is to ensure our customers select the right product for their building project as a true solutions provider,” said Marcus Jablonka, Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Dörken Systems Inc. “By positioning Dörken as the ‘air- and water-resistive barrier know-it-alls of open-joint cladding,’ it gave us permission to show our industry expertise, and create useful content that matters to our target audience.”

The Brand Builder Awards recognize the most innovative and effective marketing campaigns throughout the residential and commercial design and construction industries. Companies selected for recognition have executed campaigns that generate sales, motivate buying behavior, and inspire customer loyalty.

To overcome challenges, Dörken’s product launch campaign created purposeful content to educate architects and builders about DELTA®-FASSADE S and DELTA®-FASSADE SA using an integrated approach with a well-mapped-out user journey, consistent experience, and cohesive message. The campaign’s creative expression aimed to demonstrate just how effective the DELTA®-FASSADE family of products, including DELTA®-FASSADE S and DELTA®-FASSADE SA, is in protecting open-joint cladding systems from the effects of extreme weather elements.

“We are thrilled to honor Dörken as both a Gold and Bronze winner of our Brand Builder Awards,” said Paul Tourbaf, President, Residential Construction Group, Hanley Wood. “Their creative marketing approach, combined with the effectiveness of their work, distinguished them as a leader in their category and offered great insight into the innovation within their company. I congratulate Dörken for their success.”

Entries for the 2019 Brand Builder Awards were reviewed by a jury of experts in all areas of marketing and rated based on a pre-determined set of criteria established prior to the call for entries. The criteria may be reviewed online.

The 2019 Brand Builder Awards judges included:

• Carrie Schonberg, Chief Marketing Officer, Ashton Woods
• Char Kurihara, Vice President Sales | Marketing | Branding, DRB Group
