COVID-19: We are in this together

The past few weeks have taken us into uncharted territory as COVID-19, the novel coronavirus, begins to have an increased impact on our communities.

This is a difficult time and making adjustments to our routines amid changing information can be very challenging. Our hearts go out to those who have been affected, including small companies who have been forced to make severe adjustments to their businesses.

At Dörken, we are focused on maintaining a safe and productive operation for all of our employees that continues to meet the needs of our customers. At this time, manufacturing continues at a steady pace and we do not expect any disruptions to product availability.

This crisis is testing us all, but we continue to think long term so we can be ready to serve you. Here are a few ways we are focused on your success:

• Our support and sales teams remain available for all DELTA® product services and technical support by telephone or virtual face-to-face meetings
• We are dedicated to helping architects and specifiers with individual project needs (i.e. reviewing enclosure details, technical specs, etc.)

• We offer accessible and convenient online AIA Credit Courses to keep you learning
• We are investigating new digital methods to deliver existing programs such as Lunch & Learns and the Certified-Installer Certificate

We have also…

• Adjusted procedures and operations to slow the spread of COVID-19 to protect employees;
• Moved to a “work from home” model; and
• Postponed all events and business travel, including trade show participation

None of us know what the future looks like. In the event that circumstances need to be adjusted, we will do so in a way that will cause the least amount of disruption as possible.
