Floor slabs collect moisture and mold when composed of porous concrete. In order to protect a building’s foundation and provide longevity, proper moisture control is necessary. A sub-base course will protect the footing and prevent the concrete from pulling water up from the dirt, which would allow moisture to seep through the slab.

DELTA®-MS 20 is a compression-resistant, durable, dimpled sheet made from special High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). It provides heavy-duty, long-term protection for permanently dry foundation.
This product is a heavy gauge version of DELTA®-MS with deep 20 mm studs. It is used where extra drainage capacity is required – such as on deeper structures or where a larger flow rate is required. DELTA®-MS 20 can also be used as a “cavity former” for many types of new construction.
